Please read the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

GENERAL TERMS

The www.intix.in website is an internet based entertainment ticketing portal operated and solely owned by M9T Ventures Private Limited ("M9T"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at 61, Sarvoday nagar, Jamalpore, Navsari – 396 445, Gujarat, India.
Through the Website “www.Intix.in?, M9T shall provide you ("users") entertainment, group meetups and adventure tours related information, pricing, availability and reservations for ticket for plays, concerts, sports events, exhibitions, workshops, theatre, comedy, college fests, group meetups, Volunteer events, Music and dance events, Business gatherings and events, Health and wellness (self-improvement) events, parties, Marathons and rides, treks, adventure sports, seasonal tours and camps across cities and rural areas mentioned on website as more particularly described and defined in the terms of service relating to such Service, This Service may be availed by the User, his family members
Use of the Website is offered to the users conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and the terms of service, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that use of the Website by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement and the terms of service.
www.intix.in is a ticketing website and sells tickets on behalf of event organisers and therefore has no control on its availability and pricing.

HEADINGS

The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of this Agreement, the terms of service or the right to use www.intix.in by all users in any manner whatsoever

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

M9T reserves the right to change and modify the terms, conditions and notices under which the services are offered through www.intix.in, including but not limited to the charges for the services provided through www.intix.in. The users shall review these terms and conditions regularly.

PRIVACY POLICY

All users hereby agree that they have read all terms and condition policies of M9T in respect of www.intix.in.
In case any user(s) has/have any grievances, he/she can report it to the Grievance Officer specifically dedicated to address all customer concerns. Users may contact the Grievance Officer at help@intix.in

PROHIBITION ON USERS AGAINST UNLAWFUL USE

All users agree to use www.intix.in only for personal use. Hereby all users agree not to use www.intix.in to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from any portion of the services provided by M9T including all tickets. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of www.intix.in is permitted provided that the Intix.in's name is stated as the source.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As mentioned earlier, M9T sells tickets on behalf of event organizers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the user as regards the standards of services provided by the service providers. In no circumstances shall M9T be liable for the services provided by the service provider.
M9T does not endorse any advertiser on its website in any manner. The users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

M9T reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

FEES TO BE PAID BY USERS

M9T reserves the right to charge listing fees and internet handling fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using www.intix.in. M9T further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
The users shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the services provided by M9T on www.intix.in.

PURCHASE POLICY

Payment methods

www.Intix.in accepts visa, mastercard, debit cards, credit cards and net banking.

Tickets

Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Please make sure you check the time and location before you book your event tickets. Also while purchasing tickets, you are limited to a specific number of tickets you can buy per event.

Cancelled/Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.

Customer Care

If you need help regarding your order or any other issue, the best in the company is available. We guarantee a response time of one working day and you can email us at help@intix.in to reach our customer service department.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

M9T may provide the users with content such as sound, photographs, graphics, video or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information. This material may be protected by copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and laws. The users may use this material only as expressly authorized by M9T and shall not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization from M9T.
The users acknowledges and agrees that they shall not upload, post, reproduce or distribute any content on or through www.intix.in that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right of an event organizer or any other third party, without obtaining the permission of the owner of such right. Any copyrighted or other proprietary content distributed on or through www.intix.in with the consent of the owner must contain the appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights notice. The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject the User to personal liability or criminal prosecution.

ENFORCEABILITY OF AGREEMENT

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

POLICIES FOR BUYBACK, POST FOR RESALE AND TRANSFER OPTION

For Organizations

The Buyback and Post for Resale options applicable on all tickets sold on www.intix.in are copyright of M9T Ventures Private Limited and no other individual or merchant or organization has the right or permission to use both the options for same or similar purpose.

For Users

“Buyback? And “Resale? And “Transfer? Options may or may not be available on all events tickets listed on www.intix.in. M9T holds full authority to provide both features only on events (all or any) which are suitable for M9T and the Organizers. Thus, any suggestions or arguments from users regarding the same will not be entertained.
Also M9T holds the authority to make these options available/applicable or unavailable/inapplicable at any given point of time on any/all events listed on www.intix.in without any prior notice to the users.
M9T holds the authority to decide the amount the user will get in case of opting for “Buyback? Option for their tickets. This rule will be applicable for all events listed on www.intix.in and any suggestion or query or argument regarding the same from users will not be entertained. Also M9T holds the authority to reject ticket(s) from the users who have opted for Buyback option at any given point of time and in that case, the user will have to opt for any other option available at that point of time and if no other option is available, M9T shall not be liable for the amount users have paid for their tickets.
The users are requested to set amount for “Post for resale? Tickets below the Original price of the ticket. M9T holds the authority to validate all tickets posted by users under “Post for Resale? Option. M9T is authorized to remove the tickets posted by users under “Post for Resale? Option if user tries to sell tickets at higher price or any other terms are violated.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS

Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.
SMS confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.
Post confirmation: In case of physical tickets, we will deliver them to your address confirmed on the website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES

Orders will be delivered within 15 working days.
The above product will be delivered all over India.
No Deliveries on National Holidays and Sundays.
We cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier products.
Courier product will reach in advance/late within 15-20 days as per date of delivery.
In all of the above options, you will need to produce the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets for picking up the tickets at the venue. If the card user is not picking up the tickets herself/himself, an authorization with the photocopy of this card signed by the cardholder needs to be produced. The signature on the card will be matched against the one used for authorization.
