About:

Rendezvous Karnataka's Western Ghats this Christmas, backpacking 6 days into the heart of Coffee Country.

Brief Itinerary:

1. Day 1:  Arrival in Chikmaglur after 4 pm and retiring to the homestay for the night.
2. Day 2:  Visit to Mullyanagiri view point, Hebbe falls, Tata Coffee museum and Hirekolale lake.
3. Day 3:  Visit Belur-Halebidu. Post lunch, catch a local KSRTC bus to Madikeri.
4. Day 4:  Visit to Bhagamanadala temple, Bylakuppe Monastery and Abbi Falls.
5. Day 5:  Wild safari in Nagarhole National Park, visit to Iruppu falls followed by Mandalpatti jeep safari.
6. Day 6:  Bid goodbye to the Western Ghats and start return journey to Bengaluru.
